Randy and Terry Arkin are the founders of Life Outreach Center in Nixa, Missouri. Randy and Terry are Ordained Ministers. Randy is the Executive Director, a graduate of Fordland High School, attended SMSU and owns The Master’s Touch Landscaping Service. Terry is the Program Director, is a graduate of Pacific/Newport High School, holds a Bachelor of Ministry and is currently working on her Master of Ministry with a minor in counseling.
