Jeff and Linda Daugherty serve as Elders and are ordained ministers at Lighthouse Ministers, the Directors of Southwest Missouri Chapter of Christian International Business Network.  Jeff currently owns and operates Courtesy Auto Sales and Watercraft. Linda is a Professional Educator and currently teaches in the Nixa Public School district.

Larry and Paula Buckner are lifelong residents of Southwest Missouri and currently reside in Nixa, MO.  Larry is a graduate of Willard High School, attended SMSU, and holds a Masters of Practical Ministry form Wagner Leadership Institute. Paula also attended Willard High School and SMSU, and holds a Masters of Arts in Speech Pathology
